Human Rights Fund 2025
The Netherlands employs a wide range of actions and initiatives aimed at strengthening human rights. With this in mind, the Human Rights Fund of the Kingdom of the Netherlands was set up to award grants to organisations working to promote human rights within the framework of the priorities defined by the Dutch government.

For 2025, eligible projects must address at least one of the three Human Rights Fund priorities listed below and must be fully implemented in Brazil:
• Human Rights Defenders
• Equal rights for LGBTIQ individuals
• Equal rights for women and girls
The Fund is available to private legal entities (including Individual Microentrepreneurs and Micro and Small Enterprises) with a valid CNPJ (if operating in Brazil), international organizations, government institutions (federal or state level), or public authorities.
• The project must begin after 1 April 2025, and no later than 20 December 2025.
The Embassy may provide financial support for projects in two modalities:
• Projects with a minimum duration of 12 months, with a maximum funding of R$ 90,000.
• Projects with a duration of 24 months, with a maximum funding of R$ 150,000.

Proposals may be submitted until 28 February 2025. Proposals submitted after this date will not be considered.
NO OTHER DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED WITH THE FORM.
