Consular affairs department
In China, Dutch consular services are available at the Embassy in Beijing and the Consulates-General in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Hong Kong. Some services are only offered by the Embassy. The consular departments help Dutch people for example in an emergency. We deal with applications for new and renewed travel documents, and with applications for temporary travel documents for Dutch people whose passport has been stolen. In addition, our departments are responsible for visa applications, consular declarations, obtaining Dutch nationality and more.
