经济部门
经济部门有两个主要的目标，即：促进荷兰商品往中国的出口，以及协助荷兰在中国境内的投资，使其能有效运作并从中盈利。
达到这两个目标的主要工具包括：针对公司的市场调研，以评估各公司在中国市场的成功机率；组织贸易代表团访华，把中国的需求与荷兰的供应结合起来这样的 代表团经常有荷兰的政府官员参与。中荷的贸易关系在省市级政府间也已经建立。我们还组织对中央和地方政府机关的访问，以促进荷兰工商业在华发展。
经济部门与其他开展对华事务的机构共同组成了荷兰中国网络。这些机构包括科技部门、荷兰外商投资局以及荷兰贸易促进委员会。
