Consular services are a core task of the Dutch Embassy in Finland. Our consular desk amongst others issues passports to Dutch citizens and certain types of Dutch residence permits to non-EU citizens. In addition to this, our consular department assists Dutch citizens that are in distress, for example detainees or travelers that have lost their travel document.
