Announcing: I Accidentally Wrote a Book
The Hungarian-Dutch youth/family film "I Accidentally Wrote a Book,” which has already won several awards, will premiere in Hungary on Thursday, January 16.
On Thursday, January 16, a Hungarian-Dutch movie, “Véletlenül írtam egy könyvet” (“I Accidentally Wrote a Book”) premieres in theaters all over Hungary. The youth/family themed movie, directed by Nóra Lakos, is a Hungarian adaptation of the successful 2014 novel “How I accidentally wrote a book” by Dutch author Annet Huizig.
The movie premiered at Cinekid Festival in October, 2024, and received critical acclaim. The movie has also won several awards, including the Just Film Children’s Best Film Award at Just Film Section at the Tallinn Black Night Film Festival.
The movie explores themes about family and youth, and is recommended for viewers of all ages.
