About Ballet Bubbles
Ballet Bubbles is the highly awaited program of the Dutch National Ballet’s Junior Company. A mix of modern and classical ballet, the program will show ballet pieces by choreographers Wubkje Kuindersma, Joshua Junker and Sedrig Verwoert, alongside well-known classics of “Pas de quatre” from Sleeping Beauty and “Blink”, a contemporary work full of energy and emotions by Juanjo Arqués.

About The Junior Company
The foundation of the Junior Company in 2013 created a stepping stone for young dancers to make the transition from the Dutch National Ballet Academy to Dutch National Ballet. The Junior Company of Dutch National Ballet is a group consisting of 17 young dancers led by artistic coordinator and prominent Dutch choreographer Ernst Meisner. This talented group of ballet dancers has secured its place in the international dance world. In 2020 they gave three hugely successful performances in Jakarta and Semarang.
