Two men search for the ‘meaning of things’ in Bambie Zero. They withdraw into their absurdist universe and conduct purposeful research into life, but stand in the way of themselves. Their frames of mind are too small and they may accidentally destroy everything under investigation. Bambie Zero is a philosophical and physical slapstick about the sadness and beauty of failure. For more than 25 years Mime Theater Group Bambie has been making witty and compelling visual theater performances in which the body is the mirror of the human soul. Since its foundation, Bambie has become a valuable asset in Dutch theaters.
