About Cello Biennale Amsterdam

The Cello Biënnale Amsterdam is an international music festival focusing on everything cello-related. It is the stage for top Dutch and international musicians, ensembles and orchestra alike. The most exciting part of the Cello Biennale is the Cello Concours, the National Cello Competition where young cellists perform in front of an international jury and live audience.

Four young talented cellists from the competitions are selected to tour Indonesia this month, where they will perform together for the first time in front of general audience.

The cellists are:

• Stefano Bruno (2022 1st Prize Winner)
• Isaac Lottman (2022 2nd Prize Winner)
• Florianne Remme (2022 Incentive Prize Winner)
• Jobine Siekman (2016 3rd Prize Winner)

Their repertoire spans from 16th and 17th-century compositions, the romantic 19th century, to the modern classics like The Beatles.
