During the first session, participants reflected on challenges and opportunities in the Japanese market, shared personal experiences, and explored the benefits of intersectional innovation. The session encouraged cross-sector dialogue and meaningful exchanges of ideas.

In the second session, we drew inspiration from three changemakers who are driving progress in women’s empowerment, accessibility for people with disabilities, and LGBTIQ+ inclusion.

Together, we shared insights and explored common solutions to DE&I-related challenges, transforming them into a driving force for innovation Through interactive brainstorming and dynamic discussions, we co-created actionable ideas to foster a more inclusive and equitable environment.
