Flower Trade Mission to Poland

News item | 10-08-2022 | 09:57

Trade Mission Poland, organised in collaboration with FCI, AIPH and Fresh Market Poland, will promote flower and plant export toward Polish retail. In-person event will take place in Warsaw between 21-22 September 2022.

Are you a company active in the production of floriculture products or a floriculture exporter, or do you do both? Would you like to do business with Polish retail customers, catch up with existing Polish business partners or be informed about developments within the Polish retail market?

During the matchmaking the companies will have an unique opportunity to speak with many retail chains operating in Poland. All the meetings will take place on one day: 22 of September.

The Netherlands has been chosen as a partner country by the Fresh-Market- organizer of the matchmaking. This will lead to a strong contingent of professionals from within the Dutch flower industry at this year’s matchmaking event.

The Dutch delegation will arrive a day before, on 21 September to embark on a retail safari across the city of Warsaw. The Dutch Embassy in Poland will also give the Dutch delegation a special welcome.

The trade mission’s matchmaker from the Dutch side is Ron van der Ploeg, a floral industry veteran and editor of FloraCulture International. He is delighted to work with the Fresh Market team in Poland and will do his utmost to arrange the most ‘flowerful’ trade delegation meetings. Contact ron@floracultureinternational.com, who is happy to inform you about the special arrangements available for Dutch participants.
