In the framework of Black History Month, The Rijksmuseum, deBuren, the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Belgium and the Permanent Representation of the Netherlands to the EU have the pleasure to invite you to an evening dedicated to the Rijksmuseum exhibition: SLAVERY In 10 stories.
Presentation by Valika Smeulders, Head of the History Department at the Rijksmuseum. With fragments of “Nieuw Licht - het Rijksmuseum en de slavernij” documentary and a mini exhibition. Preceded by a reading of the poem “The formation of a scab” by Babeth Fonchie Fotchind
