Talent Garden provides a unique internship experience for Slovak students in international companies based in Slovakia. The program now includes Dutch and other international companies.

The program gives participants a chance to develop professionally via their own tailored journey and specific assignments. Talent Garden is a result of cooperation between Dutch companies in Slovakia, Netherlands Chamber of Commerce in Slovakia and the Embassy.

After a pilot year which proved to be a success, the program is expected to grow, both by the number of companies and students and can offer a positive contribution to mitigate brain drain.
