Dutch-Turkish Women at ArtAnkara 2025

ArtAnkara International Contemporary Art Fair, is a premier event in the global art scene. Celebrating creativity and innovation, the fair brings together established and emerging artists, galleries, collectors, and art enthusiasts from around the world. In 2024, the event showcased over 10,000 works by 1,600+ artists from 45 countries, with more than 77,000 visitors enjoyed 100+ creative sessions, panels, talks and music performances. 

A Spotlight on Dutch Contemporary Art 

This year, ArtAnkara will feature a 500m² exhibition dedicated to Dutch contemporary art. Eight painters will present their works, with a focus on fostering cultural exchange and enhancing relations between Türkiye and the Netherlands. 

Empowering Women Through Art 
The project aims to address critical issues such as discrimination and misogyny, promoting dialogue and psychological support through the universal language of art. By highlighting cultural diversity and shared values, the initiative seeks to strengthen ties between the two nations and inspire greater empathy and understanding.
