The 44th Istanbul Film Festival and 20th Meetings on the Bridge will once again bring together filmmakers, producers, and industry professionals from Türkiye and around the world! This platform will create exciting opportunities for co-productions, networking, and artistic collaboration, strengthening international connections—especially between Türkiye and the Netherlands. Dutch cinema will take center stage with two confirmed productions: “Mr. K” by Tallulah H. Schwab and “Alpha” by Jan-Willem van Ewijk. Dutch industry leaders from Rotterdam Film Festival, IDFA, Hubert Bals Fund, Lemming Film, and Circe Films will also join the festival to explore new opportunities for cross-border partnerships.

After spending the night in a remote hotel, Mr. K is stuck in a claustrophobic nightmare when he discovers that he can't leave the building.
